APRS+SA does most of the functions of the original APRS(tm) with a big difference: The maps it uses to plot the locations are Street Atlas 4.0 or 5.0 Maps. This allows great precision in locating objects and stations.

I originally wrote this program to track a moving vehicle and do it at the street level. I found the maps of APRS(tm) to be just not adequate for my purposes. Thus the idea of this program was born. I initially called it "Locator" and it was not compatible with APRS(tm). Since adding more features compatible with current APRS programs, I have changed the name to APRS for SA4 or just APRSa4, and now finally APRS+SA when Street Atlas 5.0 came out.
