Scotty Cowling, WA2DFI, resigned as TAPR President and TAPR Director effective immediately. Scotty wrote, “It has been a great pleasure and a privilege to work with TAPR for the past 18 years, and I wish you good luck.”
Vice President, Dave Larsen, KV0S, assumes the office of President for the remainder of Scotty’s term, which ends In November. The TAPR Board of Directors appointed Paul Elliott, WB6CXC, to replace Scotty as a Director for the remainder of his term.
