I saw your article on the RPi WSPR boards. I have been using a 30m board since Dayton as my only WSPR activity.
Here is a screen shot of a 12 hour report in February, noon to midnight on 2-19-2020 running as recommend and I use a inverted Delta loop as an antenna.
These boards really work well even in a sun spot minimum.
