All I see are e-mail links and no *.pdf links to the papers?
As the first paragraph reads, “The following is the list of papers…” not the papers themselves. You can obtain all the papers for $9 from the ARRL here: https://www.lulu.com/en/us/shop/maty-weinberg/2020-arrltapr-digital-communications-conference-virtual-dcc/paperback/product-njjz7k.html
It’s disappointing that the PDFs of the individual papers was restricted to the Zoom participants.
Steve, they’ll be available to everyone after the conference finishes.
I wish that were actually the case. But it’s now 6+ months later, and they’re still not available in .pdf form.
